• I am opening up this bakery to provide quality, good-tasting products to a very neglected sector of society that is just now being more recognized by the medical community and getting the attention of restaurant establishments and food manufacturers.

MY BUSINESS

 Although I do not have formal training, my products have been given great reviews by all those who have tried them.  As far as I can determine, I will have the ONLY DEDICATED retail gluten-free bakery in Mid-Missouri.  I will do almost anything within in my power to bring everyone a tasty, baked product and am willing to ship products to those outside the immediate Jefferson City area.  Once I realized the number of gluten-free members in the community, I felt I had no choice but to open this bakery -- the gluten-free community deserves it!

ATMOSPHERE JUST LIKE HOME

When you visit my bakery, you will have a feeling of being at home. 

I will not have the traditional table-and-chair eating areas.  Instead, you will see fun, theme rooms. 

My bakery has one room that will provide a comfortable seating area  to read the latest trade magazine and relax while trying a sample of my goods available that day along with a cup of coffee. 

Another room, the Birthday Room, will have an ocean theme, complete with a lighthouse.

The main entrance room has a unique ice cream parlor table and chairs with bright colors to lift your day.

Who I AM

My name is LaVerne Frederick.  I am a 57-year old wife, mother of 3 and grandmother of six and I have Celiac's Disease.  I am so excited to be "baking my buns off"  for all of you who require gluten-free, casein-free, lactose-free products, etc.  Although I have not had any formal training, I love to bake and will always strive to make my products better in quality, through trial and error, than those purchased commercially. 

In striving to provide great-tasting, baked goods, my bakery is a "DEDICATED" Gluten Free Bakery.  You will  not find any products in my bakery containing gluten.

This bakery is basically an in-home business, but in a commercially-zoned  building. 

My products will be baked in an every-day oven, just like yours.
